How can I backup a Alfresco installation which backs up all of the database and the user data?
I have seen a 'Backup and Restore' document but it appears to be specific to MySQL.
I'm using the default HSQLDB database and I want to be able to take biweekly backups and run trial restores on another installation.
Any pointers to relevant documentation is appreciated!
