Backup and Recovery alf_data and database

How to take a Backup and Recovery in Alfresco community edition 5.0.a
-for alf_data and database
Please give me sample code for this,i am new to alfresco

Please take a look at the official documentation:

You have to copy all the contents of your storage (file system and database) manually and then restore in the other machine using the specific tool for your SAN, NAS or DBMS.

There also is a tool named BART for this but I have to confess that I don't know the state of the development (this is a community effort), maybe you can try it:
