Backend questions for Activiti

I have a couple of questions concerning some infrastructure information concerning Activiti:

-What is the definition of 300 Named Users for Activiti
-How do you find this number in our current system
-What is the minimum requirements for running Activiti on a separate server
-What is the recommendation for clustering or single server implementation of Activiti
-What is the load balancing recommendation i.e. CPU, user. We want 0 down time?

Hello, just to clarify on some of the questions that all these questions our geared towards the Activiti suite that we are looking to purchase.

Named users are users in the Activiti identity component. So you are allowed to run Activiti with 300 users.
We would also recommend a clustered implementation, because of fail over alone.
What do you mean with load balancing recommendation?
