Auto-login using guest=true

I'm trying to get a file programmatically from Alfresco using a URL with "?Guest=true" so users can view a file without logging in to Alfresco. However, I can't get it to work - it always asks them to log in (unless they're already logged in on that workstation).  Is there something else to do to make this work?

Also make sure the space containing the document has granted READ permission to Everyone.
