Auto-layout in activiti designer

Hi

I'm trying to load a bpmn file (which doesn't have any DI information) using activiti designer (in eclipse). But, activiti is unable to load the file and throws an error message "error loading the file".

I read that Activiti has auto layout support for the BPMN process elements (ref: http://bpmn20inaction.blogspot.in/2013/03/activiti-designer-5120.html ). But, it doesn't work for my bpmn file. does Activiti support auto-layout?

Can anyone help me with this? any leads on this will be appreciated.

It's possible your bpmn file is not compatible to activiti, that is it might be not DI information issue, but something else. Have you tried to load bpmn file to activiti engine?
