Audit trail diagram

Hello.
I would appreciate any comment on the following topic. ( to improve implementation, business point of view (is functionality needed), …)

I tried to implement Audit trail diagram to visualize process instance flow. Let's say process definition is:

Process instance audit trail can look like:

(Verify monthly financial report is loop task with cardinality 3)

Makes sense, altough I would also focus on getting a tabular version of the audit trail. You can only put so much information in one diagram.
