I have requirement where in which task might be assigned to either a User or a Group. However the designer allows only selection of ANY ONE as the performer type. Is there any means in which I can assign a task to either to a "Candidate user" or a "Candidate group". Meaning to say the assignment decision is made at runtime.
This is an open issue in the Activiti Designer. So the only way to get this right for the moment is to do in XML. I'll try to squeeze this in, in the next release of the Designer.
