assigning contributor from BPMN

Is it possible to assign contributor, manager, implementor or sponsor in BPMN like assigning owner and assignee (activitiwner="${initiator}" activiti:assignee="${assignee}") ?

no, that is not part of the BPMN spec, nore the Activiti custom extensions. You'd need to add your own mechanism on top of Activiti to cope with these requirements.
