Aspect complincable and Effectivity

any one could tell me which is the exact meaning of the
aspect "Complincable" and "Effectiviry"?

I think you might mean 'Complianceable' and 'Effectivity'.

Complianceable is meant to auto-remove files I -think-, but other postings to the forum indicate that it doesn't work.  It possibly might only act as a flag on the file so that you can find all complianceable files via a search.  Basically, it's an expiry date for the file.
