Apply custom action for all space content

I have the same custom action to space level and to content level. When the user select the action at Space level then the custom action should be applied in cycle to its content. So, I need to get the node type and if it is a "Space node" then apply a custom aspect to the content (1 or more file).
Please, can you suggest some code?

Are you working in Alfresco Explorer or Alfresco Share? Can you please move this topic to either "Alfresco Explorer Development" or "Alfresco Share Development"? It is not about your local development environment so it is not likely to get an answer in this sub-forum.
