apply_amps.bat not working.

Hey great team
I was trying to install fdk.3.4.amp and found that appli_amps.bat script is not working

D:\Alfresco\bin>apply_amps.bat
The system cannot find the path specified.
'"D:\Alfresco\bin\SetPaths.bat"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Could Not Find D:\Alfresco\bin\SetPaths.bat
This script will apply all the AMPs in D:\Alfresco\bin\amps to the alfresco.war and share.war files in D:\Alfresco\bin\tomcat\webapps

It looks like this script was not updated to reflect changes from 3.4.d version in the Win32 distribution. The path are incorrect and at least one binary is missing
I have applied the rules manually but may be good to fix the problem for next version

I am facing same problem. Is it possible if you can let me know to procedure or step to apply amps by manual.
