App Crashing

The iPhone and iPad app keeps crashing on two devices in our company. It starts and when it is loading the company site, it crashes.
Does anybody have the same problem?

Firstly, apologies that you're seeing this problem. Unfortunately it was due to a regression deployed to our Cloud service that has effected all live versions of the mobile apps. The Cloud team are working hard to ensure this issue is fixed and we expect this to be deployed in the next day or two.

We'll also be releasing a 1.5.1 maintenance version which guards against future such problems with the Cloud service, but expect the core problem to be resolved before that becomes live.

I've added a notice to the <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/alfresco/id459242610?mt=8">iTunes description</a> to the same effect:
<blockquote>** NOTE: We are aware of a serious issue when trying to access Alfresco Cloud from the app. A hotfix is being worked on for the Cloud service and will be deployed as soon as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience. **</blockquote>

You *might* be able to workaround the issue by having those users temporarily leave any sites they have recently favorited (i.e. in the last week).

Thanks for you reply! We'll wait for a day or two and see if it is fixed by then.

I'm pleased to say that v1.5.1 of the iOS app has been approved by Apple (with a pleasantly quick review time!).

The Cloud team are still carefully validating the service fix, so despite my predictions earlier, we do have the Mobile App fix out before the Cloud update.
