Ant Script and Ecllipse Development Environment Set Up

Dear All and Alfresco Engineers,

I am newbie to Alfresco Development specifically. I know some what Customization and I did it in normal TEXT EDITOR(NOTEPAD).

After some Googling, I came to know about Ant Script which will directly upload your files in to your proper location for Customization. How to write that /How to execute that /What is the content inside that /How to configure it ?

Please Guide me about that.
