alfrsco 2.0 upgrade path to 3.2r

Does anyone know what the upgrade path from Alfresco Enterprise 2.0.0 to Enterprise 3.2r is?
2.0 is not in the general upgrade process page:

Alfresco support is the first place to ask for help with upgrading your enterprise version.

I'd recommend upgrade to one of the 2.1 versions first.   And then jump to one of the recent versions. 

Making sure you test it on a copy of your system first.

So would you recommend going from 2.0.0 to Version 2.1 SP7 to Version 3.2r, for example?

Support referred me to the upgrade page and it doesn't have paths for 2.0.0 specifically.

What if the production server is Windows, and the new target server is on Linux?

Would you recommend first migrating the 2.0.0 version to Linux, or start with the 2.1 SP7 Install on Linux?

It should not matter for the purposes of upgrade.  

But there may differences in configuration between Windows and Unix like file paths.
