If you have performed an upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2 then we do not update the files you have inside Alfresco repository you have changed them. A fresh install of 1.2 will bootstrap with the new tutorial, also the tutorial can be found as part of the install in: \alfresco\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\bootstrap\Alfresco-Tutorial.pdf You can update the content in your install to the latest from this file.
