Just to confirm… is the user the creator of the site or have they merely been invited as a Collaborator. The way it should work (as the error message suggests) is that at least one site manager must always remain a member of a site. The Admin does not automatically become a member of every site created, however it is possible for an Admin to join any site and become a site manager. If in fact what you're experiencing is that there are multiple site managers for a site and none of them are allowed to leave then this sounds like a bug and should be raised at http://issues.alfresco.com

I've just tried this on the latest code (which isn't that far ahead of 4.2d) and have observed the following…
- I created 3 users "Peter", "Chris" and "Brian"
- Peter created a site and invited "Brian" and "Chris" to join (Brian as a manager, and Chris as a collaborator)
- BEFORE either had accepted the invitation, Peter attempted to leave the site and this was rejected because the invitations were still pending (neither Brian nor Chris were actually site members yet)
- Chris and Brian accepted the invitations
- Peter was then able to successfully leave the site as there was now a second site manager (Brian)

Can you confirm whether or not this is also your experience - please note that it is important that the users accept the site invitations to become members of the site.

Ddraper, thanks again, the test that i maked and related here are with users that accepted the invitations before to trying to leave the sites.
I think that windows server 2008 r2 64 bits maybe is the cause……i don't know why
