Alfresco workflow request hang

Hi,

I have a strange problem. Sometimes when I send requests to Alfresco Rest API, I got a success response after about 15 minutes.
this happens once per day or er two days.
It's a testing server and no one using the application except of me.

request examples:
"/alfresco/service/api/task-instances/activiti$67897" (PUT)
"/alfresco/s/api/workflow/activiti$cioBasicFlow/formprocessor" (POST)

any help please?

Hello,

the request URLs won't help anyone in making an educated guess about the cause of the hangup. You appear to have at least one custom workflow that is being used here (depending on what the task instance belongs to, it may be the same, another or a default workflow). Since we don't know what you have implemented in that workflow, it is impossible to know what is going on that could explain a hangup.

Thanks for your reply,
I have only one workflow definition. and the hang doesn't occur in all requests. May be only once per month on testing server (used by me only).
