How can I add(showing) extra properties to the page when a user upload/add content and want to fill in the details?

Hi Nick,

In 1.3 the edit properties dialog is now shown immediately after content is added to the repository.

So, if you add content to a space with rules that apply custom properties (if configured to) they will appear on the edit properties page.
