Alfresco with tomcat https

Hi all,
   I am getting an error when I access Alfresco through the Sharepoint compatibility module.  Using Tomcat's 8080 port works just fine via MS Word.  It asks for my username/password and displays the document spaces.  I can open up a .doc file without any issues and the Document Management panel displays all the relevant information.  I installed a keystore and turned on Tomcat's 8443 port.  I can access the document after entering my username/password, but it cannot display anything in the Document Management panel.  Word displays an "update failed" error.  Here is the Tomcat error log:
