Alfresco with Amazon S3

Hello,
   We are trying to setup Alfresco on Amazon EC2. Is there a way to utilize S3 as Alfresco's file store? Or is there a better way to setup unlimited storage space?

luis sala developed an alfresco cloud filestore in 2009: http://code.google.com/p/alfresco-cloud-store/wiki/Introduction
I'm not sure if it is still compatible with Alfresco 4…
