Alfresco webclient - System Error <solved>

Hi,

I am getting the following error

org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: Error during getUserPreferencesRef(): Write operations are not allowed in read-only mode (FlushMode.NEVER/MANUAL): Turn your Session into FlushMode.COMMIT/AUTO or remove 'readOnly' marker from transaction definition.
caused by:
org.springframework.dao.InvalidDataAccessApiUsageException: Write operations are not allowed in read-only mode (FlushMode.NEVER/MANUAL): Turn your Session into FlushMode.COMMIT/AUTO or remove 'readOnly' marker from transaction definition.


when I try to open http://localhost:8080/alfresco in first time after installing alfreasco 3.0. please help.

This problem gets resolved after I deleted alf_data directory and then restarted tomcat. Thanks
