Alfresco WAR install w/existing Tomcat server

Has anyone been able to sucessfully install the Alfresco War (community 3.2)for Linux on a server that already has Tomcat installed on it?

If so, what install instructions did you use?

Those errors are because you don't have OpenOffice, ImageMagick and pdf2swf installed which Alfresco uses for content transformations. You're also getting errors because the user you're running Alfresco under does not have privileges to open TCP/IP listening ports < 1024 (FTP and CIFS).

They should be considered "serious warnings" rather than "errors" because Alfresco will still work, although with reduced functionality.

The basic installation & configuration instructions available for download from the wiki will help if you do want to get a fully-working system.
