Hi,
I'm sure there is somewhere an explanation but I cannot find: how are Alfresco version numbers assigned? And what is their meaning? If I get it right there is a major.minor.micro, with the difference that for the community version the micro is a letter while for the enterprise it is a number (e.g., 3.4.c vs  3.4.0). I suppose compatibility between minor and micro is guaranteed, right?

Thanks

The third position is numeric for Enterprise releases, and a letter for Community, starting from version 3.4 of Alfresco. Before version 3.4 it was a bit random what label a release got.
