Alfresco using MSSQL R2

Hi Friends,
                  I want to configure  Alfresco using MSSQL R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2
.Could please any one help me out ..
I configured with Postgre SQL(i,e default),but i want to configure with MS SQL R2 on Windows server 2008 R2..
I am new to this..Very Urgent for me..
