Alfresco Ubuntu

I just try install Jboss in my ubuntu/debian box, run well, but alfresco.

I think Alfresco is not design to run on Debian.

anyone try it? i assume the CIFS and WebDav make it crash

We have it running (evaluation basis) on Ubuntu 5.04 using standard Ubuntu packages for everything. See the installation forum for comments: you need to make minor changes to /etc/hosts and /etc/mysql/my.cnf.

What does this mean? can share the experience? we cannot run the alfresco here, they server crash
