Hello everybody, i want to know what's the last stable version of alfresco ?

the latest Enterprise version is 4.1.3, the latest community version is 4.2.c. You can get it at: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Download_and_Install_Alfresco

Thinks Michel im using now the last community version is 4.2.c. version but no idea if it's a stable version or not !

The community versions aren't beta releases, but they tend to be more buggy than the enterprise edition, as you have probably guessed. I do not have first hand experience with 4.2.c specifically, but this is probably the best community version you can use right now.

Think you very much for this informations, but what do you think about FDK in version 4.2.c it doesn't work yet ! .
