Alfresco Script Weirdness

I am using a script in my process definition that says mail.parameters.from = "alfresco@alfresco.com";
But it doesn't use that field; it takes the user's email and puts it in the "from" field.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

"From" address is always the user's address.  Regardless of what is defined in your process definition.  Why?
