Alfresco Resume Mail

Hi all

Currently I am sending a mail when a user uploads a file but I would like instead to periodically send a notification of all the documents that have been uploaded in a specified period for example a day, to avoid overburdening the user with many mails.

It is possible this functionality into Alfresco?
