alfresco reference guide

Is there a single page html/pdf that serves as a reference guide for alfresco features? (Something that an open source project like Spring, Hibernate provide).
It's frustrating to go through the forums and wiki "broken" pages for every single feature.

Alfresco is a Product and not a framework, Alfresco Userguide is available in most of the downloads.
If you find using the wiki and forums a bit daunting, you can use google reader and read the wiki changes
and forums as an easy to follow tool.

Would be nice to list available methods and properties for let say… taskInstance variable in a workflow script.
