Two question:

Does alfresco has portal or i t only has portlet?

How to write portlet in alfresco?

Please give me some suggestion.Thank you very much.

Alfresco doesn't support the portlet spec.  It can be run as a portlet in JSR-168 compliant portals.  The recent release also allows you to install portlets in Liferay that leverage webscripts.

Alfresco does support a concept of Dashlet.  Which is in a way like a portlet in that it is a fragment of a whole display but it is not a portlet.
