Alfresco on Weblogic 10.3.2.0

I would like to install Alfresco community edition on weblogic.

My setup is as follows:
   - Operating System : RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.4 , 64 bit.
   - Application Server : Weblogic 10.3.2.0
   - Database : Oracle DB 11.2.0

So far, everything goes on well from adding the application to installation. However,  it changes state to 'failed' whenever I try to start it under 'deployments'.

Has anyone ever installed the above successfully? Is it technically possible? Someone please take me through the correct steps!
