Alfresco on JBoss -- issues

I'm getting the below issues when I try to start JBoss. I've followed the installation guide for setting up Alfresco on JBoss and Oracle. I've checked everything three times and am still getting the below errors. I can connect to the alfd01.ibs.uscs.com database via SQLPlus on my server. Any help would be appreciated.

Well that's definitely your problem - maybe try a hosts file entry to see if that works..?
