Alfresco Office Add-In Error in Opening MS Word Documents

Using Alfresc Office addon in MS Word, I click on the filename of an MS Word Document to directly open it, it results to an error:

Unable to open the document from Alfresco: Word was unable to read this document. It may be corrupt.
Try one or more of the following:
* Open and Repair this file.
* Open the file with Text Recovery…

I am able to use other functions such as check out / check in, I can browse spaces, but I can't open the document directly from MS Word using the Office add-on.
Please help, TIA.

My system:
MS Word 2003 with Alfresco extension
Win Server 2003
Server: Alfresco Community 4.0c
Alfresco add-in server details:
Web Client URL: http://192.168.50.41:8080/alfresco/
Webdav URL: http://192.168.50.41:8080/alfresco/webdav/
CIFS Server: \\192.168.50.41\alfresco\
