I opend a cloud account and that is working properly.Now i have downloaded the app on my ipad and iphone anterd my details under the cloud account but it is not working.

Please advice.

What's not working … are you able to connect ? I assume you've double-checked your account details (username + password).

I've just tried and it worked OK for me (using iPad - with Alfresco Mobile App (About -> version 1.2.1.32).

I dubble check my account details. There is no erro message about wrong details. I do not see the documents and site that i have made.

When you navigate into the Cloud account, what do you see?

Do you see the network listed? If so, do you see any sites? Do you see your personal site listed?

I see nothing in the cloud account on my mobile device. When the account details are wrong do i get a failure notice?

OK, it does sound like it's failing to connect.

You won't get a failure message when creating or editing the account details but you should when you attempt to browse the Cloud account.

The best thing to do is login to my.alfresco.com with your credentials to ensure your account is working OK and then double check you have entered the same credentials in the app.

If that still does not work maybe you could send your device's log file to us? You can use an app like "Consuela" to email your device log to yourself. Once you have that raise a bug in the mobile project in our bug tracking system https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MOBILE and attach the log file.
