Hello guys,
I'm trying to make integration from Kofax to Alfresco but when the documents are exported from Kofax I get the following error message in logs from Kofax:
7:39:30 PM Opened batch "5/21/2013 7:38:30 PM", class "Alfresco Integration"
7:39:30 PM Opened document #1, class "Contract", form "Standard Contract"
7:39:31 PM Error in document #1, 9999 ERROR: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
7:39:32 PM Closed batch "5/21/2013 7:38:30 PM"
I've monitored the Alfresco Server with a sniffer and I can see that Kofax server got the ticket from Alfresco server but no other connection are made after that.
My environment is described bellow:
- Kofax Capture 9 with service pack 3 (Server Windows Server 2008 R2 + .Net Framework 3.5)
- Alfresco Enterprise v4.1.2
- Alfresco Release Script 2.0.0-12
