Hi I got few points regarding this …..

We will get alfresco war file by using that will just deploy that war file in any server(which ever you want) do some modification according to that server configurations.

Thanks,

You can install alfresco on most of the common Java application servers,  Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, Glassfish etc.  http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Server_Installation

The Enterprise versions are tested and certified on various stacks with the priority of the stacks being determined by which versions are being used by which customers.     The first release will inevitably be for Tomcat/Linux/MySql since that's the most popular stack and then other stacks follow as time allows.  A new WebSphere release is expected this week.

For Labs releases you will probably have to do some work to get it to run.   Common problems are the clash between MyFaces and IBMs JSF implementation, classpath issues and issues specific to IBM JVMs.
