Alfresco forms

Is this possible in Alfresco:

1) User A logins
2) User A selects action "send request" and according web form opens
3) User A fill web form and presses "Save".
All entered information should be saved and draft object/document should be formed
4) User A opens saved request form and presses "Send". Request status send to review.
Workflow starts. User B get task to review request document
5) User B gets task and adds comment to document and returns task to user A to add missing information to request
6) User A gets task adds missing information and presses "Send"
7) User B gets task and marks request as correct. Response web form opens.
😎 User B fills response data. Using request data and response web for response document is formed

Look at the review and approve workflow as an example of Alfresco doing this sort of thing.

I already studied the workflow part and at the moment it's not the problematic element. May be I was not clear enough in my problem explanation so I'll try to explain in more detail.
The difficult steps for me are 2, 3, 4 and 8 points I mentioned above.
Then user selects "send request" somehow web form should be opened (how to do that in Alfresco I didn't find out yet).
The request it self has fields that user should fill in and may contain references to other documents that should be uploaded at this steps or later when editing request. I really couldn't figure out how to do that creating/editing process correctly…

Can you also comment why part for "send" button is "No" and maybe I could achieve something similar to that. I was thinking about document metadata property change.
