Where is the file alfresco-deployment.jar in Alfresco 5c?
In 4.2.b this file located in Alfresco\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\lib\alfresco-deployment-4.2.b.jar

No.  The AVM based WCM deployment stuff is past its end of life and is not included in Alfresco 5.0
