Alfresco Database - Cold Backup

Hello everyone, I've read: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Backup_and_Restore

On the instructions of the cold backup, it states "2. Backup the database Alfresco is configured to use, using your database vendor's backup tools."

I can't really find more information on how to backup. I am running on Windows, Alfresco 3.3 Labs edition. (database = mySQL as the default)

Can someone please point me to some directions on how I go about backing up Alfresco's Database?

And sorry if this is not the correct forum/topic to ask, I am not sure where this fits in. Administrator, could u please move it to the correct one if I am wrong?
