alfresco custom action tutorial is very hard

I have faced a problem in the beginning on how to learn alfresco, I was trying to find the good reference then I found alfresco 3 cookbook.and I have learned custom content & webscript, but the problem is that it doesn't have java tutorials, then I have learned maven SDK and I have completed custom content and custom action tutorial, but I didn't understand anything from custom action because I have to add many classes. that's why ?

I need something simple on how to do a simple custom action.

Sorry - you stated you read a "custom content and custom action" tutorial, which might have been from anybody. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything simpler right now…
