Alfresco community upgrade 5.0.d

Hello,
After migrating to Version 5.0.d, I have several errors at server startup. Attached is the log and alfresco configuration file.

The problem seems to come from the repository I have followed the wiki documentation and official doc but apparently the repo path is not taken into account.
may be because the keystore?

In addition :

JAVA_OPTS = "- Djava.awt.headless = true -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX: + UseConcMarkSweepGC -Ddir.root = / srv / alfresco / alf_data"

More info please.  What version have you upgraded from.  How have you upgraded.  Do you have the keystore ?

Yes,

From version: 5.0.0 (r75118-b23) to lastest 5.0.d
Server : Debian 8
Webserver : tomcat 7

Yes i have keystore, I tried several methods generation of files and files provided : the same result at the log.
