hay can any body tell me that writer have covered the installtion of alfresco with SQLServer ni this book or not ??

That book is a total waste of time if you want to do anything interesting with Alfresco like, install it.  The PDF files you can get from the Alfresco website and the information you can get on this message board will be 1000 times better than anything you get in the book.  It reads like an Alfresco brochure and is kind of embarrassing.
