Hi,
I have recently upgraded a 4.0a installation to 4.0c. When using the Chrome browser, there is a strange fault when using the dropdown at the top right of Share (the one you use for Logout etc). There is a distorted image appearing on top of the menu options: My Profile, Change Password, Help and Logout. This distortion renders the menu options completely illegible.
I have checked that this is not reproducible on Explorer or Firefox on 4.0c.
Chrome also worked fine on 4.0a.
Is this a known problem and/or is there a fix for it?
Thanks,
Edward

I have also seen this on firefox(as well as chrome). I was getting this after I had upgraded versions. All I had to do was clear out my browser cache on both browsers and the menu returned to normal functionality.

Yep, try the browser force-refresh method. I had to add a CSS workaround to a Chrome issue in that menu.
Fixing the "stale browser resources" issue is something the Surf team are actively working on for a future release, so this shouldn't remain an issue for too long.
Thanks,
Mike
