Just started with Alfresco 2 weeks ago - mainly focussing on extending the document library and customizing the look and feel.
I have to say the learning curve is steeper than I'd like - but maybe because I'm use to just coding my way through things instead of adepting to frameworks.
Just wanted to say, so far nothing has been too difficult and the community forums are a great resource.
