Alfredo community upgrade in windows

Hello,

I am currently testing Alfredo Community 5.0 in windows environment and have couple questions.

1. Is there any documentation that describe upgrading Alfredo in Windows?
2. Is there any documentation to apply hot fixes and/or patches?
3. I could only find a link for nightly builds but nothing for patches or fixes available.

There's nothing special about upgrading alfresco on windows,  just follow the docs.

Hot fixes are only available for alfresco enterprise.   Hot fix versions can be downloaded from the support portal.

Patches are only very occasionally released.   They are not commonly used as a release mechanism.

Is there an updated document about upgrading for 5.0, or is the 4.2 version: http://docs.alfresco.com/4.2/tasks/upgrade-process.html still the latest?
