Advertisement Manager in Alfresco

I am looking for a CMS tool which can help me for Advertisement Management, CRM and Email. Are there any add-ons that can be integrated with Alfresco to achieve this.

as far as I Know there aren't CRM specific extensions yet. But It can surely achieved by using alfresco.

Hi,
well, there're several options to realize your "abstract" requirements.
One option is to extend the Alfresco WebClient. Another option is to build a custom client perhaps by using WebScripts. I've published a screencam of a prototype which give you perhaps some hints and ideas.
But generally, you'll have to communicate your requirements a little more fine-grained.

My requirement is very similar to that of Sachin's. I could see good features in alfresco as far as Content Management is concerened.
But I was trying to find if Alfresco has features to support:

1. Email Blasts: to send emails to subscribers and in the format we want it

2. Advertising Management capability: Ability to create Ad campaigns, track ads, generate ad reports etc. and

3. CRM activities: any integration with CRM tools?

Does Alfresco has any in-built features that help perform all the mentioned activities? Or any third party tools that can be integrated with Alfresco to perform these activities?
