Admin Console Missing Functions

Good Afternoon,

I've been taking the foundation for administrators course and following along with the installation we have in the office and there are some missing options in the Administrator console. I have attached two pictures to illustrate

Are there other features that I need to install in order to have those options?

I think the only difference is enterprise version and community version.
You do not have many options in community version
