Admin can't delete disposition steps

Hi all!
I'm getting started with the RM module in Alfresco 3.3. I build a fileplan with the admin user, I set a disposition schedule to a category, but now I want to delete one step and there is no option in the Edit Disposition Schedule dialog. Only appears the icon for edit action, but there is no red cross icon in all the steps. I only have the admin user, and I build everything with the admin… shouldn't be the option of deleting the steps available for the admin user???or I miss something stupid with the permissions???

I've been testing, and apparently the admin can only delete the disposition steps if the category doesn't have any folder yet…At the moment you add a folder in the category, the user only can edit the steps.
