Adding related documents via Share

I can't figure out how to tie documents together via Share.  I am using a type that allows associated documents - I just can't figure out in the UI how to "relate" them.

You need to create form for your custom content type which will show fields and associations.

Alfresco share form control will automatically render the control to associate with other document.
