Adding 'Effective from' in datalist

Hi!

Good Day! I want to add the 'Effective from' in datalist. Document Library>Document Folder>Uploaded file. The 'effective from' that I'm referring to is the 'effective from' in edit properties/all properties. In uploaded file, I want the 'effective from' to appear in the file below.
